Hållbar Teknik
Hållbar Teknik improves floors through renovation! The surfaces get a new appearance and function - using the existing flooring material as a foundation. This means that no floor needs to end up in the landfill prematurely. A natural way to conserve nature's resources!
Hållbar Teknik, founded in 2015, has established itself as a leading player in sustainable floor renovation with a vision to transform traditional processes and introduce more sustainable methods to the market. The company specifically focuses on reducing environmental impact by promoting floor renovation and has developed a unique method for floor renovation using a reinforced, sustainably produced, and water-based floor lacquer. This product can be used on various surfaces, including wooden floors, vinyl, and linoleum floors, extending the lifespan of the floors by at least 10 years. The resulting CO2 savings and improvement in indoor air quality have made Sustainable Technology prominent in the industry
WE OFFER
-
We are specialists in floor renovation and carry out projects all over Sweden with our own flooring technicians.
-
We exclusively use our Swedish-made floor lacquer, which contains small particles of ceramic for unparalleled durability. It comes with a 10-year warranty against wear and tear, and the finished surface is maintenance-free throughout the warranty period, without the need for additional floor care measures.
-
It is a circular and sustainable alternative with a CO2 saving of approximately 75-90% compared to traditional floor replacement. Through renovation, the CO2 saving is about 10 kg CO2/m2 (according to IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute 2020).
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Improved knowledge and information dissemination. We want to connect with property managers, construction project managers, facility managers, sustainability strategists, and others responsible for properties (and thus floors) within the public sector. Enhanced information about the potential for floor renovation, along with cost and time estimates, would facilitate decision-making for stakeholders and, most importantly, contribute to environmental conservation.
