Swedish Energy Agency Launches New Website for Energy and Climate Advic

The Swedish Energy Agency has launched the new website energiochklimatradgivningen.se. It is a comprehensive resource for all of Sweden, helping households, businesses, and associations save energy and reduce their climate impact. All materials on the website are impartial and free of charge.

“The website is part of an ongoing development of municipal energy and climate advice, a service that has existed for more than 40 years. By gathering quality-assured information in one place, we streamline the advice and ensure that the support becomes more uniform across the country,” says Annika Nilsson, program manager at the Swedish Energy Agency.

The new website offers information, tips, and advice on a wide range of topics, divided into different subject areas. Some questions are difficult to answer generally. In such cases, the website refers to the respective municipality’s energy and climate advisor, who provides free answers to questions about, among other things:

  • Heating
  • Energy costs
  • Energy efficiency
  • Transportation
  • Climate impact
  • Energy-related grants.
